if I had a nickel for every time a
bear talked about this restaurant, I would be a rich man. If you
have not been there before then you have to go. It is a lot of
food but it is good food. The Menu is like 4 pages long. So
bring your empty tummy and be ready for a feast!
This is an
easy one, no sign up list, just come on out. We will probably have
a banquet room so look for us there.

Slows Bar bq Lunch
– 1 pm - ?? So with the coffee shop
event cancelled we thought this would be a perfect time to do this as a
MCB event.
Do to limited seating the restaurant
will only do 16 people. Now there is a lot more seating and if you just
want to show up on your own that is up to you. It would just be at a
separate table. They also have a good size outdoor patio so of the
weather is good there should be a lot of tables.
We are limiting this sign up list to
the first 16 paid members and their guest. Please let us know if you
are coming. They also have a great selection of beers, both bottles and
on tap plus a full bar. More info and menu in the yahoo groups.
Movie Night at Scott and Rob’s 3:00 pm - ?
Novi, MI
Scott and Rob have graciously
offering up their home to host a BIG SCREEN Movie Night that
includes an afternoon of great conversation, Food as well as a
special double feature!
Just bring your date for smart conversation, dinner and a movie or
two... all in one!
This movie night is for all the David Lynch fans out there. For
those who are unfamiliar with David Lynch's movie masterpieces, this
night will be a great introduction to the master film maker.
Dinner will be pot luck . We will have pop and ice. Feel free to
BYOB.

Campit Campground - Bears in the

Here’s our first of 3 bears weekends. Campit’s
bears are out of hibernation and know how to have fun outdoors. We’ll
also have a cards and games party on Saturday night in the Campit Game
Room.

Big Bear Lodge, where the food's hearty, the campfire's warm and the
people are friendly. Join us for a delicious meal, hot from the wood
burning oven, in the rustic charm of a log cabin lodge.
MCB visited this restaurant a few years ago and it was well remembered
(after we caught the dining room on fire and ran out the door (I'm
kidding, I'm kidding)). Thanks to Louis for the suggestion.
The menu looks good. Come on out, it will be a fun time. We
will be ordering from the full menu and they will do separate checks.
